Wednesday Night-Rocky Mountain Writer's Festival

The readings Wednesday night start at 7 p.m., so I've been thinking about calling a friend or two and going over around 5:30 for an early dinner at Portneuf Valley Brewing. I've enjoyed their sandwiches, pizza and pasta before, and they have some great specials. I thought I would share information about what they offer with readers of Pocatello Readings. So I went to the expert, Penny Pink, owner of PVB and had her summarize the restaurant offerings:

"Portneuf Valley Brewing offers a wide selection of hand-crafted food and beverages for lunch and dinner, including weekly specials. PVB bakes all their bread fresh daily and makes their delicious pizza's to order using their own hand-crafted pizza dough. The menu also includes freshly made soups, salads, sandwiches, an wide array of appetizers and entree's ranging from Jambalaya to Curry and pasta dishes."

You can find a lot more information and see the complete menu on their web page, Portneuf Valley Brewing (http://www.portneufvalleybrewing.com/). They have a weekly e-newsletter you can sign up for that will notify you of the music and menu specials each week.
