Black Rock and Sage Hosting Reading

Black Rock & Sage is hosting a literary reading this coming Saturday, November 13th at 6:00 PM in the "loft" area of the Senang restaurant, located within the Kinport Junction on 1st Street, just south of the Portneuf Valley Brewery. We invite all to attend and encourage you to invite whomever might be interested.

If you arrive early and want to order dinner they will serve you upstairs in the loft. The bar will be open so you can order drinks without dinner. And the Kinport Coffee company (who hosted an EGSA reading last winter) is staying open late for those who prefer coffee, tea, or hot chocolate.

Four of ISU's excellent English graduate students will be reading their creative writing to us, lasting approximately one hour. The loft up above the restaurant is a great space, with plenty of room, so it should prove to be a wonderful time.

New Book By Michael Corrigan

Pocatello Readings recently heard this from Michael Corrigan:

"I have a book of connected stories out called These Precious Hours if anyone is interested.

It's available at Amazon.

Sorry I missed the Sam Shepard reading, since I worked with him one summer in a playwrights' workshop."

Local writers--when you have a new book out, please send us information and we'll post it on the Pocatello Readings blog so everyone will know.
